Haul-All Welding Cell Installation

This past week Scott and Hin Yat joined Michael from Norjen Technologies to install our first prototype Welding Cell for Haul-All in Lethbridge, Alberta. They were able to complete the installation in two and a half days which was fantastic!  Here are a few pictures from beginning to end of the installation.

Mobile Shop

Reimair Spraying Ltd. is a farming Corporation just outside of Killarney, Manitoba.

Problem:  An equipment breakdown on the field required spending several hours transporting the equipment back and forth from the repair shop.

Solution:  New design of a large mobile shop trailer.

Spectrum Engineering created CAD models of a design and a thorough strength analysis was performed.  A complete set of drawings was made and a prototype trailer was built.  Manufacturing time was relatively quick due to the trailer design.  The trailer was sandblasted and painted.

This trailer was put to use for the fall 2013 harvest on the Reimer Farm.  They were very pleased with the design and found that even on the yard it was so valuable to be able to bring the tools to the machinery, rather than bringing the machinery into the shop.

Spectrum Engineering has been working hard at getting things ready for the welding cell demonstration.  Yesterday John, Scott and Hin Yat spent the day at the shop setting up the walls.

This is what the base of the welding cell looked like before the mess of the wall installation!
